Generally speaking, the Tarot is viewed by many as a fixed system. This means every deck will typically be the same 78 cards, 22 Major Arcana, 56 Minor Arcana, with the same type of meaning to each card.
In my studies and in my own decks I have found that though the meanings generally apply from deck to deck not all Tarot decks will have the same names of Major Arcana or suits for the Minor Arcana.
Below is the general meaning for each card:
The High Priestess – Upright: Change, Clairvoyance, Divine Feminine, Follow your Instincts/Intuition, Reveal Hidden Truths and Feelings, Sacred Knowledge, Spiritual Awareness, Subconscious Mind, Mystery, Wisdom
Reversed: Careful who you Consult/Confide in, Detachment from Everyone, Disconnected from Intuition, Hidden Information, Neglecting your Inner Self, The Past, Secrets, Silence, Withdrawal
While meditation might sound like something that everyone can do in just a few simple minutes, the honest truth is that there is more to it than just sitting in a quiet space with your hands on your knees and saying “Om”.
When you start to learn to meditate you may wish to look for an experienced teacher or group to help you understand all of the steps to mediating.
Sitting there and closing your eyes and just hoping it will work will lead to no where and feeling frustrated with the practice all together. Once you have an understanding of the steps taken with each form of meditation and know which is right for you and your personality then you will see the results so many rave about.

It’s tradition in our house to put up the Yule tree after thanksgiving. There is to be no Christmas/Yule in my house until after thanksgiving because I feel we should give all the other holidays their due time, I hate how Christmas is pushing aside other holidays in stores.
So the kids and I put up our tree. Is yours up? Share with us your amazing Yule tree, log, space. We would love to see them.
